DONE TO DEATH will be performed Friday, November 16 at 7:30 PM and Sunday, 
November 18 at 2:00 PM. in the Solon High School Auditorium. Tickets are $6 
for adults and $4 for students and seniors. Solon seniors are admitted free.

     "Done to Death"- a measure of Miss Marple, a helping of Sam Spade, a 
dash of James Bond and a topping of Nick and Nora Charles are combined in the 
Solon High School Drama Club's murderously funny fall play. The result is a 
feast full of twists, turns, and familiar faces which will keep you laughing 
and leave you guessing "whodunit" right up to the final curtain. In Fred 
Carmichael's mystery-comedy, five authors are gathered by a television 
executive and encouraged to collaborate on the ultimate mystery series. The 
authors anticipate the surrounding publicity will resurrect their fading 
careers. But "reality TV" takes on a whole new meaning when the television 
executive turns up dead and the authors try their hands at solving a real 
mystery. Performers include seniors DOREEN SALKIEWICZ, RYAN MERHOLZ, AMY 
LINDEN, CLIFF KARKLIN, and sophomore ADAM COHEN as the five authors, junior 
JILLIAN WEINBERGER as the television executive, and senior JAMES BOTROS and 
junior AMANDA KELLER as the mysterious servants. Seniors KIRSTEN BROWN, ABBY 
LISTON, and JASON MALAFARINA; juniors JESSICA DANIEL, LEAH JOSEPH, BRIAN 
SCHULTEK, and JON SCOTT; sophomores DENISE BOBIK, MORGAN DANILOFF, NICCO 
MANNARINO, and IAN YOUNG; freshmen TIM SOROOSH and ROBYN LINDEN round out the 
supporting cast. Senior SCOTT MALAFARINA will stage manage, sophomore JAKE 
HOFFMAN is his assistant.
Two local television personalities will make special guest appearances in the 
show. On Friday night, Newschannel Five reporter Adam Shapiro will join the 
cast. On Sunday afternoon, Newschannel Five reporter Chris Caswell will 
appear. The production is directed by Kristina J. Ferencie and designed by 
her brother Joseph M. Ferencie. The Ferencies have coordinated the technical 
needs of the Drama Club for 11 years, and this year have taken over as 
CO-advisors to the club. Kristina Ferencie is an AEA Stage Manager and 
Resident Stage Manager at the Halle. Joseph Ferencie is the lead of technical 
services at Six Flags Worlds of Adventure.
