Cleveland Public Theatre is now accepting applications for the following two
positions:


Associate Artistic Director
The Associate Artistic Director will assist Cleveland Public Theatre's
Artistic Director in actualizing season of six self-produced and twenty
presented international performance and dance productions in its two venues.
CPT focuses on work that challenges the status quo and provokes thought and
response to modern issues. Candidate will be expected to direct one show per
season as well as identify and cultivate artists, coordinate literary
department and New Play's Festival, produce presented works and serve as
liaison to artists, produce selected productions, develop production budgets
with AD and GM, assist AD in planning of season and development of new
performance venues, coordinate budgets with staff and develop internship
program. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Development Director
The Development Director is and will be responsible for leading, managing,
and coordinating CPT's development activities and strategies. The
responsibility entails the creation, development, execution, expansion and
evaluation of the generation of revenue at Cleveland Public Theatre (other
than the selection of programming), including but not limited to foundation
grants, corporate annual donations, corporate sponsorships of specific
projects, individual donor campaigns, endowment revenue, fundraisers,
benefits, direct meetings with potential and existing funders, the Gordon
Square Capital campaign, government funds and group sales. The Development
Director works with the leadership of and reports directly to
Artistic/Executive Director, James Levin who with the Development Director
will set development priorities; the Development Director will supervise and
assist in setting the priorities of the grants coordinator.
