WOW...look at this. It just got sent to me from a buddy of mine who's not even involved in the entertainment business. I copy and pasted the details for anyone interested in making a move! Had this been a few years ago..I might have done it. Wow...when will someone in Cleveland do something like this??? ENJOY AND GOOD LUCK!

Ranch Studios is offering live-in space for filmmakers and film students at their 4000 sq. ft. estate, centrally located by the Highland Mall (5 minutes from UT campus). We are seeking to promote a communal living environment in which residents can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere condusive to creativity and networking with other filmmakers.

Residents will have access to film and video cameras, lights, sound
equipment, tripods, a jib, skateboard dolly, a Macintosh G4 editing
suite, and a cargo van. There is also a large 580 sq. ft. indoor/outdoor patio with a vaulted ceiling, which can double as a film sound stage for building sets.

The estate is divided into the East and West wings, with each wing
featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spaceous living room (all rooms come unfurnished).

The common areas include a large kitchen, breakfast nook, pool room,
laundry room and a large patio. Out back there is a porch, backyard, storage shed and secure parking lot that parks up to 6 cars.

Rates range from $575-$650 a month, ALL BILLS PAID. This includes gas,
electric, water, phone, extended cable TV, and Road Runner high-speed
internet service. It also includes maid service and all household
supplies (cleaners, detergent, garbage bags, etc.).

Leases begin August 1st, and applicants will be chosen by end of June.
Applicants must be drug-free and have no criminal record.

Hey all,

  The Angry Inch (aka the std's) are going to be playing at the
  Madstone Centrum Theatre on Saturday June, 29th at around 11:30 pm.
  It's a party to benefit the AIDS taskforce of Greater Cleveland,
  Cleveland Center for Contemperary Art, and CPT.  The doors open at
  10pm.  After the live concert, they will be showing Hedwig the
  Movie...probably around midnight.  For more info, call 216-320-1194.
