Workshop Players Theatre-in-the-Round, from Amherst, presented an excerpt

Teresa Lee Jenkins. The excerpt was presented with certificates for
Excellence in Acting for actors Meghan Wessell and Pam Pickworth, Excellence
in Directing for David Cotton, Special Accommodation for original script
writing and an invitation to present the excerpt at the State OCTA
Conference, Labor Day weekend in Beachwood.

Also honored was Elyria Summer Theater's excerpt of "Camping With Henry and
Tom", which was awarded Excellence in Ensemble and Merit in Costuming for the
cast, consisting of Skip Corris (who also directed), Jeff Caja and Jack
Warren. Their excerpt was also selected as an alternate for State Conference.
ESTA also received a Theatrical Excellence award.

Both theaters received a Regional Participation Award in the "Theatre Of The
Year" contest, as well as a "Certificate of Appreciation" which all the
participating theatres received.

The Northeast region of OCTA has 32 member theaters and there were 9 excerpts
