Cleveland Opera has the following staff opening:

JOB TITLE:  CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
   Reports to Box Office/Systems Manager

DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Representative serves as a full time
member of the Box Office Department. Will be responsible for processing
subscription and single ticket orders not processed by Playhouse Square.
Customer Service Representative is on the front line handling customer
needs and complaints in a manner consistent with Cleveland Opera
customer relations policies.  Attendance at all performances required
unless otherwise arranged with Box Office/Systems Manager.

SKILLS: Customer Service Representative must be able to perform multiple
tasks and handle customer complaints in an organized fashion without
loosing his/her “cool”. Candidate should have good computer skills.
Attention to detail and a flair for numbers a must. Previous box office
experience, and a love of opera/theatre desirable.
