Porthouse Theatre opens the final production of BRIGADOON this Saturday, July 
27 on the grounds of the Blossom Music Center. The preview performance on 
Friday, July 26 and the opening night performance on Saturday, July 27 are 
both sold out.  Standing room only tickets are available for these two 
productions.  The cost is $5 per ticket.  The matinee performance on Sunday, 
July 28 has only 20 tickets available in the general admission seating.  All 
other performances have seats still available but they are selling quickly.

330-672-2497.  The box office is open Monday - Saturday from 12 PM - 6 PM in 
the Music & Speech Center on the Main Kent State University campus.

Set in the Highlands of Scotland, Brigadoon is an extraordinary fairy tale 
that challenges reality, illusions and the true meaning of love.  Full of 
beautiful song and amazing dance this unique love story will capture your 
heart.    Under the direction of Porthouse Theatre Artistic Director, Terri 
Kent, Lerner & Loewe=92s classic, musical comes to life.   Brigadoon previews on 
July 26th and opens July 27th.  A free champagne reception will follow the 
opening night performance.  Come early and enjoy Porthouse=92s Greenshow every 
night.  The Greenshow is pre-show entertainment focusing on the music, dance 
and folklore of the Highlands of Scotland performed by Porthouse=92s Young 
Professional Company.  Opening night will also feature a Scottish Dance Troupe 
before the production begins.  Brigadoon will run until August 11th with 
performances Tuesday =96 Saturday at 8 PM and Sunday at 2 PM on the grounds of 
the beautiful Blossom Music Center.
