    The Harmonica Blu Xpress will be appearing at Lorain's newest club,
Pepper Red's Blues Cafe, on Friday, August 23 from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Come early for dinner. (The kitchen closes at 10:00.) The Gumbo and spicy
wings are highly recommended, as is the Nawlin's atmosphere and friendliness
of staff.
    The Xpress is a blues-based band that is harmonica- (Harmonica Blu) and
guitar-driven (Steve Konig on guitar) with forays into jazz and funk. Very
danceable and good listening too!
    Pepper Red's is at 538 Broadway in Lorain. Exit at Middle Ridge/Broadway
on Rte 2 (I-90 from Cleveland area) and go north on Broadway until you are
between 5th and 6th streets. Lots of free parking.
