The Complete Rosencrantz & Guildenstern (Abridged), based on Tom Stoppard's
comedy about Hamlet behind the scenes, will be held Wednesday August 14 at 7
p.m. outdoors at the Colonnade in Shaker Heights, at 3450 Lee Road, just
south of Van Aken Boulevard. This is a joint production of Shaker's
Boulevard Theatre and the University of Akron Theatre Guild.
Mark Cipra is director.
Admission is free. Audience members are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or
blankets.
Other performances, also free of charge, will be 1 p.m. Saturday August 24
in front of Joseph-Beth Booksellers at Shaker Square and 2 p.m.Saturday
September 14 at the Shaker Hts. Regatta at Thornton Park, Farnsleigh Road
east of Van Aken.

Jeff Holland (The Player)
Adam Meyer (Hamlet)
Michael Roache (Guildenstern)
David Stark (Claudius)
Ellen Stark (Tragedians)
Vince Stillitano (Rosencrantz)
Boulevard Theatre is an adult community theatre affiliated with the City of
Shaker Heights since 1999. The University of Akron Theatre Guild is an
undergraduate student group that has been producing live theater for nearly
50 years.
