Cesear's Forum is pleased to announce that it has received a matching grant
of $1,500 from the Ohio Arts Council. This grant was awarded through the
Special Opportunity Program and will support outside artistic fees on the
recently completed Strindberg One-Act Plays entitled THE STRONGER & PLAYING
WITH FIRE.

"We are grateful that the Arts Council is able to provide this assistance,
particularly given the current economic climate," said Board President Linda
Regan. State grants are awarded through a competitive process. Cesear's
Forum, an emerging company, dedicated to presenting unconventional, new or
lesser known plays to Northern Ohio audiences, is required to match state tax
dollars with additional public and private funds. Past and present OAC
support has encouraged a recent grant of $2,500 from the George Gund
Foundation, as well as ongoing support from the Cyrus Eaton Foundation,
private individuals and corporations.

The mission of the OAC isa to build Ohio through the arts - economically,
educationally and culturally - preserving the past, enhancing the present and
enriching the future for all Ohioans. Cesear's Forum is pleased to serve as
an additional resource, creating literate, visceral affecting theatre at an
affordable price. For additional information, contact the Cesear's Forum
office at (330) 405-3045.
