Now in its tenth year of supporting independent filmmakers and=20
presenting their interesting and innovative work to the public, the=20
Ohio Independent Film Festival and Market adds even more reasons for=20
film-lovers to attend the event.

Independent Pictures in cooperation with Media Design Imaging, Inc.=20
(www.mdifilm.com) is proud to present Los Angeles based, Stephen=20
Lebed giving an in-depth instructional workshop on Special Effects.

Stephen is currently the Visual Effects Supervisor for the hit TV=20
show, =A1=A7Charmed=A1=A8 starring Alyssa Milano, Rose McGowan, and Holly=20
Marie Combs. His past credits include The Sender, and top grossing=20
feature film Independence Day. He has also worked in 3d Animation,=20
model building, miniatures, and matte painting on such TV shows as=20
Star Trek, Babylon 5, J.A.G and others.   Stephen will discuss visual=20
effect pre-production methods such as budgeting and shot design,=20
modern effect techniques used in film and television, and tips for=20
those interested in finding visual effect work. Students are sure to=20
benefit from his working knowledge and the hands-on training and=20
demonstrations provided throughout the two-day long instruction.

The 2-days workshop will be held from 9am-12:30pm on Saturday and=20
Sunday, 11/9 & 11/10 at the Cleveland Public Theatre=A1=A6s Gordon Square=20
