There is only one festival in town with an Ohio Day. It is a day where the films are from Ohio filmmakers. It is a chance where you can see the city and the talent here onscreen. It is November 7th, 2002 at the Ohio Independent Film Festival and Market (OIFF). The Co-Directors of the Festival: Annetta Marion and Bernadette Gillota will take a moment out of their busy schedule to come speak October 30th at the Indie Cleveland Meeting. For the bio of these talented women go to http://www.ohiofilms.com/sponsors.htm. Their festival has been around 10 years and is one of the first festivals and markets to support Ohio. The OIFF is now known as Independent Pictures. For news on this, go to www.ohiofilms.com.

Some of the movies scheduled on Ohio Day include: Christopher K. Young’s “SEEING:HOMECOMING”
Adapted from C.K. Young's independent television series project entitled Seeing. This feature centers on Dr. Bailie Crenshaw, a clairvoyant social worker and teacher. In Homecoming, Bailie makes a rare return to her hometown and helps treat an amnesiac accident victim whose only memories seem to be of Bailie's own childhood.

An award-winning creative and commercial videographer, Christopher K. Young maintains strong ties to the Cleveland community.

Eric Muss-Barnes’ THE UNSEELIE COURT
A fictional short film with an odd and unusual plot, very much in the tradition of an old Twilight Zone episode.

Novelist and filmmaker Eric Muss-Barnes has worked on major motion pictures and began producing music videos for bands, shorts and feature films in Cleveland as Dreamcatcher Motion Pictures in 1993.
