Searching for costumes for their next play, Desmond & Queenie drop by Opal's Antique Junque Shop, where they discover a picture of a dead duck and an apple. They remember reading a story about an old master that has disappeared from the local museum and think they may have found it. The problem is how to charm Opal into selling it to them for a pittance before she gives it to a friend.
