Auditions for 
To Know Him

November 19, 2002...The Eugene S. & Blanche R. Halle Theatre will be holding
auditions for the staged reading of To Know Him, written by Albi Gorn.  To
Know Him is the winning entry of the 2002 Dorothy Silver Playwriting
Competition.  The reading will be directed by Charles Kartali.  Auditions
will be held by appointment on Monday, December 2nd and Tuesday December 3rd
from 7:30 - 9:30 pm.  The auditions will take place at the Jewish Community
Center, located at 3505 Mayfield Road in Cleveland Heights.  

Auditioners will be asked to read directly from the script.  There are three
roles to fill; one woman aged 30 (who looks younger) - some familiarity with
Hebrew preferred or willingness to learn some Hebrew, a man in his 50s and a
man in his 70s.  The reader positions are un-paid.  Rehearsals will begin
the week of December 9th.  The staged reading will be Saturday, December 21
at 8:00 PM at the Halle Theatre located in the Jewish Community Center, 3505
Mayfield Road in Cleveland Heights.
