The Beck Center for the Arts Mainstage production of William =
Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" is seeking a non-Equity actor =
for the role of Oberon.  The ideal candidate is 30-40ish in appearance, =
of good physique and strong voice, and with skill -- or at least strong =
interest in learning -- classical text.  While the auditions provided =
many talented people for the role, the production concept (classical =
Athens) is demanding a specific type which wasn't available at casting.  =
Rehearsals begin January 6, 2003 and the production opens February 14.
