PRESS RELEASE-URGENT=20

I also wish to thank all of those that applied for a position as Company =
Manager. I am happy to announce that Brendan J. Conway will be the CFO, =
Anne Foster, Creative/Artistic Director and Bob Kilpatrick will be the =
Marketing/PR Director for the Irish Rodeo Clowns,LLC. This will allow =
our talented troupe to expand our corporate outreach. We can provide =
team-building, risk-management and motivational seminars for your =
business, big or small. More good news follows below!

"FLANAGAN'S WAKE" has been extended (again) until 3/31/03 at the =
POWERHOUSE PUB=20

"Calling hours" are Fridays 8-10pm and on Saturdays from 7-9pm. =
"Flanagan's Wake", the audience-interactive Irish "Wake" is currently =
being performed at the "POWERHOUSE PUB", "6 feet under..."the ROCKBOTTOM =
BREWERY, next door to The IMPROV and Howl At The Moon, every Friday and =
Saturday evening. The "PUB" opens an hour prior to showtime each =
evening. Why not give "Flanagan's Wake" gift certificates for =
Christmas, Valentine's Day or as a St. Patrick's Day gift? Or, start a =
"new" tradition- gift giving for groundhog's day? We are currently the =
longest running Irish wake in Cleveland!

=20

The cast are all Cleveland residents and are familiar to Cleveland =
audiences: Gene Foster, Ed Dragony, Anne Foster, Molly Clay, Sean =
Lackey, Ray McNeice, Jim Fath, John Busser, John Franks, Larry Nehring, =
John M. Regan (IRC President), Maria Livers, Barb Dragony, Mike Mueller, =
Bob Keefe, Linda Witkowski, Nomi Bence, Bob Kilpatrick, Kira Pilat, Adam =
Brooks and Meg Chamberlain, to name a few. Many of the newer members =
come to us via the Second City Conservatory and Cabaret Dada.

=20

The play was written and produced originally by "NOBLE FOOL" and has =
been playing to packed houses in Chicago and other venues for over 8 =
years. The "original" group members were mostly Clevelanders that life =
saw fit to transport from Cleveland to the Windy City. The audience =
helps refresh our "addled minds" by reminding us (the cast) how it was =
that 'Flanagan' died, what his favorite stories, dreams, vacation spots, =
et cetera...were. They can also state their claim and try to get their =
"grubby mitts" on the fine parcel of land left by our recently departed =
friend, drinking mate and resident of the mythical town of 'Grapplin', =
which is in the not-so-mythical County Sligo, Ireland. Ye are all =
welcome to come see us on a Friday or Saturday night so you can pay your =
respects to the dear man. Tickets are available through TICKETMASTER at =
216-241-5555. You can also get information on corporate and group sales =
by calling the POWERHOUSE PUB at 216-861-4982.

=20

In all true Irish Humility, I have to unequivocally state that this is =
one of the funniest shows you will ever see. But don't take my word =
for it:

=20

"With the addition of several gallons of Guinness, there was no telling =
whether these shows would become racy and double entendre-filled or =
remain squeaky clean." Randi Schmelzer of CLEVELAND" Magazine.

"The production represents improvisational theater at its most laid-back =
and humorous. The cast was excellent. We seldom get a chance to see this =
type of exciting theater in Northeast Ohio.Acting students in the local =
colleges and universities should attend a performance to learn the joys =
of improvisational theater."=20

David Ritchey, "West Side Leader" critic and Professor, Theatrical =
Department, Akron University.

=20

But why listen to these critics when you are well able to make up your =
own minds? Join us this weekend and decide for yourself. Who knows, =
you could walk off with the Flanagan Estate?=20
