Since I have never officially been represented by an agency, I have =
several general questions as well as a few more specific regarding =
procedures and the like...

1.) What is the general length of a contract? EX: 6 mo, 18 mo, etc.

2.) Are contracts negotiable? If not, what are the penalties if I sign a =
contract for say 18 months but don't get any work, so I want to end the =
relationship early?

3.) What is a standard amount of actors, models, voice talent, etc. for =
an agency to represent in an area such as Cleveland? If an agency tells =
me they represent over 200 actors,as well as 300 models, should I be =
concerned that I won't be getting much work?

4.) Any opinions about photographers for headshots such as Sunderland, =
Stata or Eric Mull?

5.)  What is the difference between a Union & a Non Union=20
agency?

6.) Any opinions regarding IMI vs. the Talent Group or Docherty...also, =
does Docherty represent just models or actors too?

7.) Is it normal procedure to require a talent to carry a cell phone or =
pager at all times?

Thanks so much!=20
