SMALL THEATER AVAILABLE
( Sundays thru Thursdays )

The Powerhouse Pub and Cabaret , located in The Historic Powerhouse at 
Nautica ( on the West Bank of Cleveland's Flats), is proud to be the weekly ( 
Fri & Sat ) home of Flanagan's Wake, which has just been extended, again!

The Pub and Cabaret is approx 3,000 sq ft, with a stage, lighting, sound 
system, dressing-room area and bar. It would be fantastic for a small 
performance, dance revue, practice or teaching venue or meeting space. 
Nautica provides secure, attended, lighted parking and is proud of two fine 
eateries in the building.

It seems so sad that this space is used only on the weekend nights and is 
open so much of the week! We are willing to consider any proposal that you 
might have for our space on our "off nights (or days)".
