Crystal drops on blue
White tears of night's black
These have me in awe
I look up
And take notice
Wonder upon the celestials
You spent your life
Indebted to these
The stars
With sighs we've become proud
Your heroism
Your peaceful means of existence
With what little we afforded
You spent your life
Extend our humanity
You learned and went up
Miles and speeds beyond imagination
You were their first
So grateful and at peace
Escaped your conflicted grounds
You spent your life
We will remember
We will continue
And we will look up
To celestial silvers and blues
And reds and ever, ever-so black
We toast your courage that we may lack
You spent your life
Now, for you,
We spend ours.
