Midwest Independent Filmmakers Conference


The local premier of the Academy Award-nominated SPELLBOUND will launch the
6th Midwest Independent Filmmakers Conference (MIFC) on Friday, March 28,
2003. Held in conjunction with the Cleveland International Filmmakers
Conference, the MIFC is a three-day event featuring 18 panel discussions
with accomplished directors, producers, screenwriters, and other film
professionals.

SPELLBOUND chronicles eight very different American teenagers who set out to
win the National Spelling Bee. The young contestants, from farms, ghettos,
and ocean front mansions across the country, experience heartbreak and
triumph during the televised finals of the Scripps-Howard National Spelling
Bee in Washington, DC.

Student Group Rate $100/each for 5 or more students from the same school

MIFC registration also offers a free 2-day pass to any film screening on
