On the Verge is the Spring Finale at Kent State University

=09Kent, Ohio =96 Directed by Eric van Baars, ON THE VERGE runs April 17 - 27, at 
Kent State University=92s School of Theatre & Dance.  This journey through time 
and space takes place in the Wright-Curtis Theatre of the Music & Speech 
Building on the main Kent State University Campus.

=93A frolicsome jaunt through a continuum of space, time, history, geography, 
feminism and fashion.=94  Three Victorian explorers travel not just through 
physical space =96 jungles and ice fields =96 but through time as well, finally 
discovering who they are in the future.  Written by Eric Overmyer ON THE VERGE 
features a variety of characters from cannibals to a yeti.  Directed by Eric 
van Baars, this unique look at feminism will be in the Wright-Curtis Theatre 
of the Music & Speech Building on the main Kent State University campus, April 
17 =96 27, 2003.  Performances are Tuesdays =96 Saturdays at 8 PM and Sundays at 
2:30 PM.  There is no performance on Sunday, April 20 due to the Easter 
holiday.

Performances are Tuesday =96 Saturday at 8 PM and Sunday at 2:30 PM.  Tickets 
are $10 for adults, $8 for Seniors, KSU Alumni and KSU Faculty/Staff and $7 
for students with any valid school ID or under 18.  Groups of ten or more can 
receive discounted tickets by calling 330-672-2497.  Box-office hours are 12 
PM =96 5 PM, Mondays =96 Fridays and Saturday during the run of the show from 3 PM 
=96 7 PM.  The box office is open one hour before performance times but does not 
accept phone orders at that time.  Tickets can be purchased by calling 
330-672-2497.  The box office accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  Tickets 
purchased by phone must be held with a credit card.  For more information on
