HARMONIA, will perform live in concert at Cleveland Public Theatre’s Gordon Square Theater on Saturday May 10th at 8 PM and on Sunday May 11th at 3 PM. These shows mark Harmonia’s return to the Cleveland concert stage after a series of performances across the length and breadth of the United States. Harmonia’s music is intense, driving, lyrical roots music from Eastern Europe, with a repertoire drawing on Gypsy, Hungarian, Romanian, Croatian, Ukrainian, Slovak and Carpatho-Rusyn traditions. The ensemble consists of: Alexander Fedoriouk on cimbalom, Walt Mahovlich on accordion, Marko Dreher on violin, Andrei Pidkivka on folk flutes (sopilka, panflute, tilinca), Adam Good on string bass, and vocalist Beata Begeniova.

Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. The Saturday show will be followed by a reception and dance party. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students. For tickets call (216) 631-2727. Join us at Cleveland Public Theatre on May 10th and 11th for a taste of Harmonia's fiery and passionate East European music.

Cleveland Public Theatre’s Gordon Square Theater is located on the first floor, is fully handicapped accessible, and has plenty of free parking.
