Subject: [NEohioPAL]CTC Nominations and SECOND WARNING NOTICE for ADS

As part of my commitment to annoy and hound you until you take an ad in =
our Journal, I offer the following:
Friday, May 16, is the deadline for submitting nominations for theater =
achievement awards, to be announced at the Cleveland Theater Collective =
benefit on June 16, Please submit nominations by return e-mail to =
Margaret Lynch at marglynch at aol.com. Thanks to those who have submitted =
nominations already. Please remember that the focus of the Cleveland =
Theater Collective is on promoting professional theater in Cleveland. =
While CTC believes that community theater is a valuable and vibrant part =
of Cleveland's theater life, the organization's mission and therefore =
its awards will focus on professional theater. No elitism is intended, =
but our organization has to maintain its focus as it establishes itself. =
Thank you. Margaret Lynch and Fred Gloor=20
This is but one reason to support the annual CTC benefit... another =
follows below (for the 2nd time!):
I would like to remind you all that it is that time of year again! The =
ONE EVENT that tries to benefit the performing community in Cleveland by =
awarding the Danny Morris "EQUITY" Contract to a local production. =
EVERYONE who is ANYONE, or at least pretends to be, SOMEONE in the =
Cleveland Theatrical Community will be at the CTC Benefit on June 16th. =
What better way to get your message to the people who are most likely to =
support your efforts and business interests than by taking an AD in the =
CTC Journal that will be produced for the benefit. =20

If my addled brian remembers correctly the best way to send your ads to =
us online is by a JPEG format... Or was that a GIF? (Don't look a "GIF =
horse in the mouse" may be my new slogan?) Please forward your ads to =
me at either of the following addresses: irishrodeoclowns at hotmail.com or =
irishrodeoclowns at yahoo.com. Kevin Cronin of Bodwin fame alleges to be =
a computer guru... at least compared to me! So you can also e-mail your =
info to him directly at croninkh at hotmail.com or Cindi Verbelun at =
cverbelun at core.com.

You may take an ad yourself, or ask your "contacts" to take one. =
Emphasize the fact that in addition to having their ad in the "JOURNAL", =
their "name/business" or "special event" will also be 'posted' on our =
webpage. =20
The cost of an ad is minimal and based on your LEVEL of participation:=20
$10 for a name listed at the "Usher" level=20
$20 for a business card-size as a "Stage Door Johnnie"=20
$35 for 1/4 page ad at the "Critic" level=20
$50 for 1/2 page ad as a "Backer"=20
$75 for full page ad as an "Author"
$100 for a full page on a different colored paper at the "Producer" =
level=20
$150 for the Front or Back Page as "Star of the Show"? =20

Restaurants, taverns, 'Kinkos' locations, photographers, paper product =
manufacturers, tailors, used clothing shops and furniture stores all =
benefit from having community and professional productions so this would =
be a good way for them to advertise their wares-while helping us as =
well. CTC gifts are also tax deductible. EVERYBODY WINS!=20

Please send camera ready artwork or business cards, along with a check =
made out to "CTC" for the appropriate amount (based on your "LEVEL" of =
participation) to:=20

John M. Regan Irish Rodeo Clowns, LLC =20

            172 Highland Avenue=20

            Avon Lake, OH 44012-2030=20

I believe Kathleen Shannon is returning as "Queen of the Silent =
Auction". Please contact her for any donations/items for the Silent =
Auction at Katie25538 at aol.com
or by calling 440-979-0975.

As Bartles told James, "Thanks for your support!" JMR
