Dave, you make a lot of sense. I am just a Creature of Habit. If I take =
a long lunch, I have to be re-trained! Guess I just don't do well with =
change? Thanks for broadening my thought process and driving home your =
point with a "Cosmic 2-by-4"Remember -- don't get in a fight with people =

Subject: opinionon PD moving audition notices

According to Standard Rates & Services, the publication of the =
journalists, the PD prints and sells thousands more copies of the =
newspaper on Sunday. Certainly, audition notices published on Sunday =
will reach many more people.
The issue people are dealing with is this -- can theater people be =
creative enough to retrain themselves to look on a different day for =
audition notices? It seems to me the PD has done the theater community =
a big favor by moving audition notices to Sunday. The people who =
announce auditions should plan ahead and announce the auditions a week =
in advance.
Remember -- don't get in a fight with people who buy ink by the =
barrel.
