The College of Wooster is seeking a sound designer for its fall production of 
ANTIGONE, a new rock musical. The production runs four performances October 
30 to November 1. The ideal candidate would have substantial live show mixing 
experience (theme park or otherwise), and would hopefully have some equipment 
to augment our minimal system and borrowed wireless microphones. In addition to 
mixing the show, there would be additional sound designing for the battle 
sequences in the play. One or two students would assist the designer hired. 
Interested candidates should forward resumes and references to Ansley Valentine at 
avalentine at wooster.edu. If possible, please paste resume information directly

GroundWorks Dancetheater Returns to the Akron Icehouse 
September 12-14 and 19-21

Come enjoy a dynamic evening of live music and dance!

The Program includes:

“Major to Minor” performed to the recorded vocal melodies of some of jazz’s greatest singers.  

Company members Felise Bagley and Mark Otoloski will perform the sensual duet “Ephemeral”, with music composed by Gustavo Aguilar and performed live by Gustavo Aguilar and Alan Lechusza.  

The World Premiere of Artistic Director David Shimotakahara’s newest collaboration with Gustavo Aguilar, captures the spontaneous interplay of live dance and music performance between company members Amy Miller, Felise Bagley, Mark Otloski, David Shimotakahara and the musicians of the Get Libre Collective.  

Perfromances:
Friday, September 12 & 19 at 8pm
Saturday, September 13 & 20 at 8pm
Sunday, September 14 & 21 at 2pm
Location: The Northside Ice/Coal Factory Complex (The Icehouse), located at 129 North Summit Street between Perkins and Furnace Streets in Akron, Ohio. 

Ticket prices:
$18.00 general admission
$12.00 for students and seniors. 
Special discount rates are available for both Sunday afternoon performances ($12 adults with families and $5 for children 12 and under).
