THE NEAR WEST THEATRE GOES INTO REHEARSAL ON SEPT 29 WITH A LAVISH PRODUCTION 
OF THE KING AND I.
We have cast over 70 people in this production and it promises to be a high 
energy, thoughtful production of this Rodgers and Hammerstein treasure.
BUT...We are still looking for a few good men.
Mostly age 18 and over. All principle roles are still open at this point BUT 
we are mainly in need of guys for smaller character roles, chorus, guards, 
monks AND DANCERS to be part of the Jerome Robbins' spectacle in the second act: 
THE UNCLE TOM'S CABIN BALLET. (not a typical "western" ballet, so no ballet 
experience is required)

ALL THOSE INTERESTED IN AUDITIONING SHOULD COME TO NEAR WEST THEATRE, 3606 
BRIDGE AVE
LOCATED IN THE OHIO CITY AREA THIS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH AT 11:00AM. No 
preparation necessary.
