located in The Powerhouse

Flats West Bank - Cleveland

The Powerhouse Pub and Cabaret, home to Flanagan's Wake for over two years, 
will become available after Flanagan's last Wake on November 22nd (after a 
GREAT 2 year run)!

The Pub and Cabaret is located on the first floor of The Historic Powerhouse 
at Nautica. It can hold up to 300 people (180 comfortably seated theater 
style), boasts a stage (24'Wx12'D), limited stage lighting, 2 sound systems, D.J. 
Booth, 4 televisions with VCR and DVD capabilities, dressing-room, restrooms, 
full service bar (with 7 day privileges) and the space is totally handicapped 
accessible.

The Powerhouse is centrally located for all, weather from the  east, west or 
south and offers safe, secure lighted parking, two full service restaurants, 
The Cleveland Improv Comedy Club, a top 20's dance club, two fantastic banquet 
rooms (Windows on The River) and the famous dueling piano bar Howl at the Moon 
Saloon.

We are very anxious to entertain possibilities and proposals  for the use of 
the facility on a permanent basis. We've enjoyed our relationship with The 
Irish Rodeo Clowns (producers of Flanagan's Wake) and the great Flanagan's Wake 
Cast, and sincerely wish to have such a great relationship with another group 
looking for a "home".
