“LOOK FOR THE WOMAN” PREMIERES AT THE OHIO INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6.

October 16, 2003, Cleveland, OH - Plato’s Cave Productions is pleased to announce the world premiere of “Look For The Woman,” a feature length murder mystery / black comedy written and directed by local filmmaker Jeff Gosnell, at the Ohio Independent Film Festival in Ohio City on Thursday, November 6, 2003 at 3 p.m. In its 10th year at the Cleveland Public Theater, 6415 Detroit Avenue, the 2003 festival runs from November 1 – 9.

The Ohio Independent Film Festival is the leading showcase in Ohio for international independent shorts and feature-length films.  Thursday November 6 is OHIO DAY, all films are written, directed, photographed, and starred in by Ohioans, starting 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.  All programs are $10.00 unless otherwise noted. “Look For The Woman” centers on the false perceptions of an aspiring screenwriter named Jeff, Jeff Gosnell, who has had a history of dating the wrong women.  After his latest girlfriend breaks up with him, Jeff finds himself the accidental hero when he comes to the rescue of Veronica, Mandy Lascko.  The series of events that follow leaves Jeff bewildered bruised and framed for a double murder.

“Look For The Woman” was shot on location in Cleveland, Ohio by local filmmakers Jeff Gosnell, director/writer/actor and L. David Erste, producer.  “Look For The Woman” showcases an entire cast of local talent starring Mandy Lascko, Matt McDermott, Don Mitri, Jeff Blanchard, Bill Fletcher, Sande Lester and Brian Bartels.
