one-act plays  (comedy or drama) from beginning and experienced playwrights=20
(teens-adult). Plays reflecting diversity, particularly substantive for role=

women and other minorities are especially encouraged. Plays are reviewed for=

creativity, originality and potential for performance as staged readings of=20=

hour or less, before live audiences.  Performances are held throughout the y=

Professional actors and advanced acting students appear in the staged =20
readings. "PlayActs . . ." has expanded its concept so that singers and come=

can now showcase their talents and their works-in-progress.

. Performs Touring Productions and Staged Readings of one-hour or less,=20
directly from the  "PlayActs."  Plays can be "just for fun" or address conte=

social issues, full of meaning and messages. Solo and ensemble performance=20
pieces, from originals to adaptations, provide historical and social=20
perspectives.

. Presents Guest Artist lectures, workshops, dramatic readings and other=20
presentations for corporate business, social and community organizations, as=
