List: I want to pass along a note about Issue 31, the arts and culture 
economic development levy in Cuyahoga County to remind people that Tuesday, 
March 2nd, is Election Day.  I urge artists, performers, friends and 
supporters to vote for Issue 31 in Cuyahoga County and encourage you to 
contact your friends, family and supporters and urge them to vote for Issue 
31 as well.  You are a  leader on arts issue in your community and your 
thoughts matter.
