To all the good people in the Land of Cleve!!!!!


I am in the midst of putting together the artistic look of our new "summer
theater brochure" and I need your help.

This Sunday at 10AM to 12 noon, right outside the Ohio Theater marquis, we
are taking the "cover shot" photo of the brochure.

I have closed down Euclid Ave. from E 17th to E 14th to create the correct
atmosphere for what I have in mind. It is quite complex, so to simplify -
what I need is PEOPLE. Live, breathing people to act like themselves and
walk down the street as though they knew where they were going. People of
all shapes and sizes, colors, sexes etc..... Oh yeah, dress like it is
summer!

I can't offer much, except coffee/tea, donuts/bagels, getting a chance to be
on the cover of our brochure, hang out with some fun people in the middle of
a large street while the police direct traffic around you, and some good
theater Kharma!

Thanks to everyone that sent us headshots and resumes for the 99 bottle =
of beer commercial.  The spot is complete and eveyone we used did a =
great job.

I'm sorry I couldn't respond to everone's emails, there were quite a few =
and this was a last minute project.

Tips for the future:

For those who will be sending headshots through the email again, and =
being a producer looking at headshots,
here are a few tips.  This info can be used when sending stuff to =
anyone.

Please label your headshots with your name.  For example  "BobSmith.jpg" =
 you don't have to put "headshot.jpg."
then we have to rename them on our end.  I see that it's a jpg.

Please, jpg's only.  No photoshop files, or bitmaps, etc.  jpg is pretty =
standard in the industry.

Same with the resume.  "BobSmith.doc" is a lot easier to keep track of =
then "Resume.doc"

Also, it's good to put down (if it's a paid gig) that you have an agent. =
 We had several people that didn't tell us that they had agents and we =
contacted them directly, this just caused a little confusion on our end.

I want to say thank you again, it's nice to see that NEOhioPal works.  =
I'll use it again.
