The Medina High School Vocal Music Department will present =E2=80=9CSHOWTIME=

Memorial Day Weekend in the new 1200 seat state of the art Medina Performing=
=20
Arts Center.  Show dates and times are:  Thursday May 27 (7:30 PM), Friday M=
ay=20
28 (8:00 PM), Saturday May 29 (8:00 PM) and Sunday May 30 (2:30 PM).  All=20
seats are $8. =20

The Medina High School Vocal Music Department has been recognized as one of=20
the finest in the State of Ohio and involves over 400 high school students w=
ho=20
participate in Concert Choir, Chorale, Men=E2=80=99s Chorus, Women=E2=80=99s=
 Chorus, Women=E2=80=99s=20
Chorale, Freshmen Chorus and the award winning show choir =E2=80=9CEncore=20
Entertainment Company=E2=80=9D.  The show will feature the award winning cho=
reography of Martin=20
Cespedes. =20

The show is under the direction of Frank Bianchi (past recipient of the Ohio=
=20
Music Education Association =E2=80=9COutstanding Music Educator=E2=80=9D) an=
d associate=20
director (Beth Bayda).  Our production staff includes:  Choreographer/Assist=
ant=20
Director:  Martin Cespedes, Technical Direction:  Margaret Knepper and Scott=
=20
Ferall, Lighting Director:  Ed Schmuhl and Sound Director: Mike Sferro.

The production is a pop and Broadway music review and will include selection=

from:  Thoroughly Modern Millie, Smokey Joes Caf=C3=A9, Barry Manilow, Five=20=
Guys=20
Named Moe, Wild Party, Ain=E2=80=99t Misbehavin=E2=80=99, The Temptations, D=
amn Yankees, Styx,=20
Hairspray, Bye, Bye Birdie, Elton John, Wicked and many, many others.

All seats are reserved.  Tickets are $8 and can be purchased by phoning the=20
Box Office at 330-636-3400.   The Medina Performing Arts Center is located a=

the corner of East Union Street and Route 3 in Medina, Ohio.  Take the I-71=20
exit #222 (Medina/Route 3) west about 5 miles to the Performing Arts Center.
