Rodgers and Hammerstein's CAROUSEL opens at Kalliope Stage May 14 and =
runs through June 6. Come celebrate our inaugural season at Kalliope =
Stage, the new professional musical theater at Cedar & Lee. Get your =
tickets now for this Rodgers and Hammerstein classic, and one of the =
most heartfelt stories ever told. In the hands of Artistic Director Paul =
F. Gurgol, the rough romance between charismatic Billy Bigelow and =
tender hearted Julie Jordan becomes a journey through life's most =
challenging choices. Experience some of the most beautiful music ever =
written, sung by a thrilling cast in this very special gala production.

Featuring:
Aaron Ramey is Billy Bigelow. Mr Ramey made his Broadway debut in =
THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE, played Chris in Papermill's MISS SAIGON, and =
starred as the Beast in Disney's Beauty and the Beast.

Joan Ellison will be playing the role of Julie Jordan. Ms. Ellison =
returns to Kalliope Stage after her much-lauded debut in A GRAND NIGHT =
FOR SINGING. She is adjunct professor of voice at Baldwin-Wallace =
Conservatory, and an eminent music director and vocal coach.

William Clarence Marshall as Enoch Snow. Mr. Marshall starred as Joe in =
Hal Prince's SHOWBOAT on Broadway. He has performed internationally as =

Aspen Music Festival, and PBS Great Performances.

accomplished opera singer, musical theater performer, and Cleveland =
favorite. She has appeared with the Cleveland Orchestra, St. Louis Bach =
Festival Orchestra, Denver Chamber Orchestra, and at Carnegie Hall.=20

This is a rare opportunity to see an ideal cast create this great event =
in our intimate 'jewel box' setting. Some of the most beautiful music =
ever written pulls us into a dance against the embattled shoreline of =
the heart. Experience theater, up close and personal in our intimate new =
theater--we're looking forward to your visit!
