Each year five poets represent Cleveland nationally at the National Poetry 
SLAM. This year's Nationals are in August in the beautiful city of  St. Louis. 
The Cleveland Poetry Slam team is looking for events to perform at where they 
can accept donations or sell their CD. For more information about pledging or 
booking the poetry slam team for your event, send an email to Mike Salinger 
at salinger at ameritech.net 
We don't want them sleeping on the streets do we? Plus we'd like to be able 
to feed and water these Cleveland bards.  
Make a  pledge today! Checks can be made out to Clevelandpoetics, 7326 
Presley Ave., Mentor, OH 44060, or, if you need the tax write off, make the check 
out to The Poets and Writer's league of Greater Cleveland, a generous fiscal 
agent for us. Make the check out to PWLGC and mail to the above address.
