Cedar Point Live Entertainment has an immediate opening for a Tech =
Foreman position.  Cedar Point is a large amusement park located in =
Sandusky, Ohio between Cleveland and Toledo.  We have 5 theatrical =
venues and several other performance locations throughout the park.  =20

The contract runs from the earliest possible date to September 6th.  =
There is also the option of extending the contract through October 31 =
for our Halloweekends season.  This position is a weekly salaried =
position.  Pay rates for the Tech Foreman are $375.00 per week with a =
$48.00 per week bonus.  The bonus is paid in lump sum upon successful =
completion of the contract.

Cedar Point also provides multiple occupancy housing for a weekly =
payroll deduction of $18.00 to $32.00.  Most housing is located about a =
mile away from the park.  Some housing is located within 100 YDS of the =
park gates.    =20

Description:  The Technical Foreman is the assistant to the Production =
Coordinator and responsible for the supervision of all Live =
Entertainment Technicians and Ushers.  This person is also responsible =
for ensuring a safe and smooth production period.  The Tech Foreman must =
be able to step in to any tech position or troubleshoot any technical =
problem at any time. This person reports directly to the Production =
Coordinator.     =20

Requirements: =20

-Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task well under pressure.

-A flexible personality willing to learn and take charge.

-A detailed knowledge of all facets of technical production. =20

-A detailed knowledge of theatre safety practices.

-Extremely strong backgrounds in intelligent lighting, live sound =
reinforcement, scenic elements, rigging, employee supervision and =
troubleshooting practices.

-A majority of the following equipment proficiencies are required;  =
Whole Hog lighting consoles, High End Studio Spot fixtures, High End =
Technobeam fixtures, ETC Sensor Rack technologies, ETC Unison control =
systems,  SFX Show Control software and hardware, Midas/Crest/Mackie/EAW =
sound reinforcement systems (small and large) and Shure wireless mic =
systems (headset and hand held).     =20
