WHO: An open house pot luck picnic for the Northeast Ohio Performing
Arts Community and their families and friends.  Over four hundred of
your colleagues from dozens of performing arts organizations have
already rsvp'ed to the event. 

WHERE: The Centerville Mills Camp. It is located at 8558 Crackel Rd.,

WHAT:
Welcome Table
When you arrive there will be a table that will have a lineup of the day
and a map of the site. 

Entertainment
Three venues will be set up. Here are some of the performers for the day
(subject to change). An exact line-up with time slots will be announced
the week before the event:

Children's Activities
Arts & Crafts will be in the Field House
Various games will be hosted for children throughout the day. A complete
lineup will be available on the program at the welcome table.

Games & Field Sports - bring your own equipment
Two Sand Volleyball courts
Basketball Courts
Soccer Field
Softball Field

Food & Drink

Pot Luck - Contact Marie Carter at  arlo4 at juno.com  to rsvp and find out
what to bring. 
The food will be set up buffet style in the Dining Hall on tables.
Don't count on refrigeration. Bring ice chests with lots of ice and
barbecues.  

BYOB

Parking
There are a decent number of spaces, but please carpool to minimize the
number of cars on the site.  Geauga Theater is supplying volunteers to
control the flow of traffic.

Restrictions
No use of the lake -- liability issues
No use of the pool -- cost prohibitive

Security
Two off duty policemen will be on the grounds for the entire length of
the picnic.

Our Responsibilities !
We each need to do our part to CLEAN UP up after ourselves and be
generally helpful throughout the day.  

Be respectful of the Centerville Mills Camp property and staff. We want
to be invited back next year !
