AOL, hotmail and other services don't deliver the digest version  very well.  
AOL gives you an attachment that you have to download.   Hotmail sends the 
messages with all kinds of html gruel and it has a 2 mg  maximum storage.

The best delivery of the digest version is yahoo.  All of  the original 
formatting is intact and you get 100 mg maximum  storage.
