For what it's worth...
NEO provides a valuable service for artists in this area.  Let's face it: 
anyone who even bothers to try and make a living in this town (and I mean 
LIVING...not someone whose wife or husband or mother or inheritance or whatever 
ALLOWS them to be a dilettante and work however and whenever they feel like it, and 
you know who you are!) should be grateful and take advantage of ANY 
opportunity that comes along.
