I got into a debate with an actor friend about what I SHOULD be sending to the Neo list. So I felt maybe I should get the answer from the source. Do you feel that this type of casting notice below in red should be sent to Neo when I get them or should I disregard them based on the fact they are last minute notices when sent to me. 
 
I don't want to embarass anyone, but the notion by some talent in this area is I should NOT send them because the talent in this area are looking for local work only. But it's my stance that depending on the timing of an actor's life..he or she may need a casting notice like that FOR THE MONEY, EXPERIENCE or they may need the opp. in order to add to their resume- a interesting out of town job for a major network. I won't send them if they are not helping in any sense but can it really hurt to know about them?

Featured Extras needed TONIGHT 9/8 for live event for the US Open at Rockefeller Center being filmed by the USA Network. Pay is $10 per hour. Should be casually dressed. Less than 5 hours shooting time. 

Just show up tonight at 5:30pm @ Rockafeller Center - 50th St. between 5th & 6th Ave.
