The main action of the play takes place in the Pazinski apartment above "Chet's Bar and Grill" in Buffalo, New York, autumn of 1959.
It is the coming of age story for class clown, Rudy Pazinski, who is trying to understand life and religion through his idols- Ed Sullivan and Alfred E. Newman.
