Additional Auditions for 
Cloud Tectonics
at The Fine Arts Association
On Monday, November 15, 2004 - 7:30 pm
Appointments Required

The Story:  This is an enchanting and haunting love story, a magic realist
tale of boy meets girl, in which the ordinary is transformed into the
miraculous.  On a fantastically rainy night in Los Angeles, the city of
Angels, a plain Joe named Anibal de la Luna picks up and brings home with
him a pour, bedraggled woman hitchhiker who calls herself Celestina del Sol.
She is fifty-four years old, she says, and she has been pregnant two years.
She is indeed a rare and heavenly creature, a mystic wanderer with no sense
of time and an infinite capacity to love.  Alone in his little house, sealed
off from the walls of the decaying city outside, de la Luna and del Sol come
together, joining their bodies and their dreams.  (adult)

Role Available:     Nelson -- ages 18-30s (all ethnicities)

                                  NOTE:  The roles of Anibal and Celestina
have already been cast.

Audition dates:       Monday, November 15, 2004 - 7:30 pm - call for
appointment

Audition location:  The Shadowbox Theatre at The Fine Arts Association,
38660 Mentor Avenue, Willoughby.

Preparation:  Cold readings from the script

Performance dates: February 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19 at 8:00 pm

Rehearsals: begin Monday, January 3, 2005 -- Sunday thru Thursdays.
Additional rehearsals possible on Friday evenings and/or Saturday
afternoons.
