Job Description:
A mid-sized church in Solon, Ohio, seeks a part time Director of Music to =
coordinate, oversee and facilitate the entire music program including the =
planning and conducting of the adult choir.  A qualified candidate will =
have demonstrated experience of musical leadership and should be familiar =
with traditional and other styles of music in a church setting.  The =
person should have an ability to recognize, develop, and utilize the =
artistic gift of the congregation.

The Director of Music should be an enthusiastic leader and a self-starter. =
 The candidate must leverage the talents and ideas of the staff and =
volunteers to derive a shared musical vision for the church.  The =
individual should creatively strive to support Pioneer's mission.
