[NEohioPAL]NCP Presents "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest"

The North Canton Playhouse, Center for the Performing Arts, will present the 
Dale Wasserman comedy, "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" January 14 - 29 on 
its Mainstage located at 525 - 7th St. NE (on the campus of Hoover High 
School in North Canton).

This play version inspired the movie of the same name, starring Jack 
Nicholson and Louise Fletcher.  Ted Paynter is featured as McMurphy, a 
free-spirited con who fakes insanity to do a short stint in a mental 
hospital rather than go to prison, and Tracy Schaar is Nurse Ratched, the 
cold villain who makes it her mission to break his spirit.  This play is 
full of outlandish comedy and tear-jerking drama, as McMurphy attempts to 
inspire the other inmates, who are an assortment of outlandish characters 
themselves, to stand up against the hindering rules and regulations.  Come 
and see who wins the battle of the wills.
