THE MIDNIGHT MARTINI SHOW is putting on a special
early show at 9:30pm on Saturday, January 1 at
Pickwick & Frolic on East 4th Street in downtown
Cleveland.  Come count to Midnight with our showgirl,
Betsy Kahl, and relive the music of Sinatra's Vegas
with the amazing Ian Atwood, the fabulous Eileen Burns
and the sensational Keith Faris.  Don't forget Greg
Cross on drums whose beat is shaken not stirred.

The show, as always, has no cover.

Manager Job Description Summary

A manager is an individual employed by Cleveland Cinemas whose function =
is the operation and supervision of a theatre and its employees. The =
manager's duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

=95 Upholding and administering all Cleveland Cinemas policies and =
communicating these policies to all staff.

=95 The hiring, training, developing, supervising, scheduling, =
conducting reviews, and after conferring with the Director of Operations =
and Human Resources department, terminating of any theatre employees. =
Properly administrating all applicable paperwork and upholding all =
company policies as they pertain to Human Resources.

=95 Supervising and performing all staff positions as required; =
operating all projection and audio-visual equipment within the theater, =
both hardware and software, including all applicable film handling =
(threading, building-up, tearing down, etc.) and maintenance as =
required, except where precluded by labor contracts. Completing employee =
and projectionist work schedules while juggling payroll dollars spent =
and staying within budget numbers set forth by the Operations =
Department.

=95 Controlling costs, including all direct operating expenses; =
purchasing and ordering concession stock and any other supplies needed =
for daily operations, as well as the inventory and auditing processes =
involved in tracking those supplies.

=95 Supervising theatre maintenance (building and grounds, where =
applicable), including performing minor repairs and obtaining qualified =
personnel for larger maintenance concerns.

=95 Monitoring risk management as it pertains to the theatre, i.e., =
employee and patron safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, and =
the proper handling, reporting, and investigating of accidents.

=95 A manager is also responsible for customer relations, customer =
service, marketing and promotions of feature film engagements, sneak =
previews, and special screenings; scheduling of movie show times and the =
timely delivery of show times to all proper channels; and counting, =
depositing, and reconciling all receipts taken in during a business day. =
Receipts include cash, credit cards, gift certificates/cards, checks, =
discount tickets, and any other mode of payment or accountability deemed =
applicable by Cleveland Cinemas.

In addition, a manager may have other duties as assigned by the Director =
of Operations, President, or other supervisory personnel. Cleveland =
