Position: Marketing Internship
Description/Duties: A marketing intern is needed to assist the Director
of Marketing. This person will assist in grass-roots film marketing
campaigns, distribute promotional material, help with mailings, visit
promotional partners and merchants. Will also attend press and
promotional screenings when needed. Assist in home office to answer
phones, photocopy movie flyers and theater schedules, and other office
duties as they arise. [Cleveland Cinemas manages the following theaters
in Northeast Ohio: Cedar Lee Theatre, Shaker Square Cinemas, Tower City
Cinemas, Chagrin Cinemas, Hickory Ridge Cinemas, and Austintown Movies.]
Hours: From 10-15 hours per week.
Requirements: Candidates must be energetic self-starters. Working
knowledge of PC Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, and the
Internet, is preferred. Reliable transportation is required. Our
internship is open to college students seeking college credit and to
recent graduates looking for experience in the film and marketing
industry.
Compensation: While the internship is unpaid, many perks are offered,
including free movie tickets to all of our theaters.
