Over the last two days, the system has been malfunctioning.  I  have approved 
postings that have not gone through yet.  There are postings  that have not 
shown up in the queue for me to even look at.  

I have emailed Hostway with a trouble report but as yet the problem  remains 
unsolved.   So, if you have sent a message to neohiopal and  haven't seen it 
go through, you can either wait patiently or send it  again.  

There is no guarantee that even THIS message will go through, but I  thought 
I would try.
