Beachwood, Ohio, January 31, 2005 -- The Beachwood Community Theatre =
proudly presents "The Sound of Music"  Fridays,  Feb. 4 & 11 at 8:00 pm,  =
Saturday Feb. 5 , 7:30 pm, Sundays Feb. 6 & 13   2:00 pm and Saturday Feb. =
12, at 2:00 pm.  All performances will be held at the Beachwood Middle =
School auditorium.=20

This classic Rodgers & Hammerstein musical features an intergenerational =
cast ranging from ages 7 * 50 something and is produced & directed by Jill =
Koslen.  Musical direction is by Annice Schear.   Amy Singleton, who plays =
the role of Maria, also played this role at Beachwood Community theatre 12 =
years ago.  This time she shares the stage with 11 year old daughter, =
Amanda, who plays the role of Marta  von Trapp.

Actors in this production reside in Beachwood, Shaker Hts., South Euclid, =
Moreland Hills, Cleveland, Solon, Twinsburg, Akron, Bainbridge, Kirtland, =
University Hts. and all the way from Cortland Oh. as well as other =
neighboring suburbs.

Tickets are $5.00 for Students & Seniors & $6.00 for Adults.  Tickets may =
be purchased in advance or at the door.  Group rate discounts are =
available when tickets are purchased in advance.
