[NEohioPAL]chime in on whether the new bulletin board is needed

So far, there are fifty people who have signed up for the new  NEohioPAL 
bulletin board, but only one person has posted.  I am not  convinced that this 
bulletin board is needed.  Please go to the link below  and state your opinion 
about whether this board is needed or whether all  postings and opinions should 
stay within the original neohiopal  list.

After I get a fair representative sample of opinions, I will decide  whether 
to eliminate the board.
