My suggestion would be to create categories that would proceed all  postings, 
such as:

REVIEW: for official reviews of shows
AUDITION: so folks can quickly review the list for auditions, a lot of  
people want just that
OPINION: for all the armchair quarterbacks out there and pertinent issues  to 
be discussed
JOB: job openings in related fields
EFRED: buying and selling of goods or for trade, that heading was a  joke, 
think TRADE 

There might be other good headings, but this would lighten a lot of stress  
and expedite the process of going through the list to get what you want  
quickly.
