Just an update about the progress of the new "Neopal Bulletin  Board."

There are currently 150 members.  There have been 71 postings  and 16 people 
have put their contact information in the database.

And, there is quite a spirited debate going on over the last  several days 
over the "Pay vs. No Pay" issue.
