Cloud Tectonics is the enchanting magic realist love story about meeting
that special someone in our lives where time loses all meaning and a =
moment
seems to last forever.  The story begins on a stormy night in Los =
Angeles
when a lonely man, Anibal, picks up Celestina, a pregnant hitchhiker =
whom he
welcomes into his home and his heart.  The couple would have been lost =
in
their own world where clocks stop ticking, had it not been for the =
arrival
of Anibal=92s brother Nelson who jolts them back to reality.  (Rated =
Adult for
mature subject matter and strong language.)

The Playwright:  Rivera is a prominent American dramatist who has been
documenting our expanding American culture since the early 1990s.   He =
first
produced a television series, Eerie, Indiana, in 1990 and has since =
become a
prolific playwright, whose plays have been translated into six languages =
and
produced world-wide.  His first produced feature film The Motorcycle =
Diaries
recently received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Foreign Language =
Film
and a British Independent Film Association nomination for Best Foreign
Independent Film.
